To help you best prepare, we’ve compiled these next steps including important instructions, resources and due dates.
Secure Your Session Spot
Congratulations on your proposal acceptance! Please make sure to complete the Presenter Confirmation form by Friday, April 26.
Once you confirm through the form, your session will be slotted in the program. We’ll then send you the date and time slot for your session via email. Details of the program will be released on our website by May 10, 2019 so you can share it with the world!
Register for Elevate
Even though you are a confirmed presenter, you must be registered and paid to attend the conference. Final registration deadline is June 1, 2019 but we encourage you to register soon.

Share the Commitment to Accessibility
Campus Labs is committed to accessibility whenever possible. As such, presenters are required to have accessible presentations. We have prepared a pre-optimized accessible presentation template for Elevate to help ensure your session is accessible to all. All presentation decks will be available to attendees by the start of the conference so those with accessibility needs can view them on a computer with an assistive device as needed. In addition, microphones will be provided in each session room. As a presenter, we ask you to use these for accessibility purposes. Want to understand more about how this helps your colleagues? Upload Your Presentation Deck
To upload your proofed and polished accessible Elevate presentation deck, complete the presentation upload form by July 1. Make sure your file does not exceed 4mb in size.
Every presentation deck will be loaded to the computer in your session room and uploaded to the conference attendee website so it’s accessible during the event. Easy for you, convenient for your fellow conference goers!
If you have updates to your presentation after you upload it through Engage, contact us to send in the revised version.

Please note completed Elevate presentations must be uploaded by July 1.
Present at the Conference
All presentation rooms will be equipped with a computer, internet access, LCD projector, presentation remote, and a microphone. Your presentation deck will be pre-loaded onto the computer in your assigned room. Please do not bring an updated presentation on a flash drive, as you will be unable to load it onto the machine. We’ll have IT support on hand at the conference to help you with any issues that arise.
If you wish to provide handouts, please print 25-50 physical copies, or upload your presentation handouts with your slide deck so attendees can access them before and during your presentation.
