Campus Labs Welcomes Two Colleagues to Its Campus Success Team

CL Welcomes 2 New Colleagues

Buffalo, NY, March 29, 2017 – We are pleased to welcome Dr. William J. “Will” Miller and Dr. Anne E. Lundquist to our Campus Success team. Both will serve in the role of Vice President, Campus Adoption, and provide specialized consultation for campuses eager to advance a comprehensive approach to institutional outcomes.

“Adding these two pros to our team further strengthens our ability to empower campuses to compete in the changing higher ed marketplace,” explained Eric Reich, President and CEO of Campus Labs.

An analytics expert who has served both higher education and the Department of State, Will leverages data-mining best practices to uncover strategic insights. He previously worked as Executive Director of Institutional Analytics, Effectiveness, and Planning at Flagler College, where he transformed the institution’s outcomes assessment process. He also served as Flagler’s Accreditation Liaison to the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACSCOC). Before joining Flagler, Will held teaching faculty positions at Southeast Missouri State University, Notre Dame College, and Ohio University. His scholarly pursuits focus on assessment, campaigns and elections, polling, political psychology, and the pedagogy of political science and public administration. He holds a Master of Applied Politics from the Ray C. Bliss Institute at The University of Akron, where he also earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Studies and Public Affairs. He holds both a Master of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.

A 30-year veteran of higher education, Anne uses her expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM) to help campuses tap into the expanded data layer within their data ecosystem for a holistic view of institutional success. At Western Michigan University, she served as Director of Strategic Planning and Assessment for the Division of Student Affairs. Her other leadership experience includes serving as Dean of Students at Green Mountain College, Greensboro College, and Wells College, as well as Dean for Campus Life at Guilford College. To complement her varied administrative roles, Anne has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in educational leadership, institutional effectiveness, oral communication, writing, and literature. She holds both a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, Higher Education, from WMU. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Albion College.
