Vice President, Technology & Operations
It takes a lot of persistence and commitment to solve technical problems in the ed-tech workplace, but Bob Willer has plenty of experience. As a former IronMan Triathlete, Bob draws from that same strength and resilience to be a proven leader in the continued development of higher education software platforms. At Campus Labs, he manages the strategic design, development, and deployment of all technology initiatives, making sure our technology is always at the head of the pack. In addition to leading the internal products and services infrastructure group, he guides all joint R&D efforts with our Member Campuses. His collaborative approach enables each platform user to have a direct impact on future platform functionality.
Before joining Campus Labs, Bob served as Chief Technology Officer for LiquidMatrix Corporation, a higher education enrollment management technology platform. When LiquidMatrix was acquired by Datatel, he led the integration efforts to combine all corporate technology assets involved in the acquisition. A veteran of emerging technology companies, Bob has held leadership roles with several other organizations, including TuneUp.com, where he developed extensive subscriber-based web solutions, and Quarterdeck Corporation, which was acquired by Symantec in 1998. He attended Syracuse University and the State University of New York at Buffalo.
